Point75 is a purely educational website. It exists to help people view financial data and learn how markets work, and for no other purpose.

These terms cover www.point75.io, tools.point75.io, the Point75 Terminal, Outlook and the Point75 newsletter (together, “Point75”). By using Point75 you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Education, not advice

Point75 explains how bond, credit and other financial markets work and publishes data, analysis and commentary for everyone alike. Nothing on Point75 is investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, fund or other asset. Point75 does not know your circumstances and does not act as your adviser. Using Point75, including as a paying member, creates no adviser or fiduciary relationship. Before making any financial decision, do your own research and consult a licensed professional.

Estimates and outlooks

Outlook figures, scenarios, odds, gauges, grades and scores are produced by Point75’s models and judgement. They are estimates, not predictions or promises, and actual outcomes regularly fall outside the ranges shown. Example portfolios and calculator inputs are illustrations for learning, not suggested allocations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Accuracy of the data

Point75 draws on public and third-party sources, including government agencies, regulators and market data providers. We try to be accurate, but data can be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong, and our own calculations can contain errors. Point75 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Check the original source before relying on any figure.

Commentary and positions

Journal posts and other commentary are personal views and can change without notice. Point75’s author may hold positions in securities, funds or other assets mentioned on the site, and may trade them at any time.

Limits on liability

You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, Point75 and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything on Point75, including losses from trading or investing.

Content on Point75 is owned by Rahul Saxena unless a source is credited. You may read it and share links to it. Copying, republishing or scraping it, in whole or in part, needs written permission.
