The tools on this site work without an account and keep nothing about you. This page covers the one place where you give us details: applying for Point75 Outlook membership.

What we keep

When you apply we store your name, email address, the role you pick, the areas you’re interested in and what you tell us you’ll use Outlook for. If you’re approved we also keep your membership status, your plan and when it renews. When you sign in we set one cookie that says you’re signed in; it holds your email address and an expiry date, signed so it can’t be altered. Payments, once switched on, are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Why

To decide on your request, to run your membership and to email you about it. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.

How long

Declined requests are deleted within a year. Members’ details are kept while the membership lasts and for a year after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
